In order for the Rams to have a better second half of the season than the first, McVay has recently emphasised the significance of “looking ahead” for the team this season rather than focusing on the past.

Semi-coach, semi-therapist. Perhaps for that reason, McVay is among the league’s most successful young coaches right now.
His attitude can’t hurt, though. For the Rams, what stands to lose? McVay believes that the only way to go is up after their early-season injuries have dealt them blow after blow. This week could be the ideal storm for that.
Matthew Stafford, the franchise quarterback, is anticipated to make a full recovery from his injury and start this weekend’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. The Rams offence has suffered blow after blow since Stafford’s injury against the Dallas Cowboys earlier in the season, but his return could help the team find its offensive rhythm again.
“Let’s see what the heck happens” ? That gambler mentality might provide the Rams with the necessary break to turn things around in 2023 if the cards are played correctly.
