Myles Garrett day-to-day ahead of Rams matchup, Browns' QB situation also up in the air

Myles Garrett, the defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, seemed to have avoided any structural damage to his injured shoulder and might be able to play against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

After additional testing on the injury sustained on Sunday, head coach Kevin Stefanski gave reporters an update on Monday.

“It hurts my shoulder,” Stefanski stated. “Feel good about where he’ll be, but day-to-day.”

Garrett reported to the media on Sunday night that during Sunday’s 29-17 loss to the Denver Broncos, he “felt a pop” in his left shoulder. In a sling, he exited the game. His injuries were not immediately apparent as to when or how they occurred.

“In the Browns locker room, I’ve played through things that should have sidelined me before,” Garrett said to reporters. “I’m going to keep fighting and acting in both the team’s and my own best interests. We are very excited about this season and our plans. Nothing similar to this will stop me or us from moving forward.”
