Braves Shortstop Arcia Found Joking About Bryce Harper.

The series between the Atlanta Braves and the Philadelphia Phillies, currently tied at one game apiece, is about to get even hotter. Orlando Arcia was seen making fun of Bryce Harper, the star player for the Phillies, following his baserunning error in Game 2.

The Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves’ National League Division Series is about to get hot.

The Phillies lost Game 2 and are now tied 1-1 at home. With the chance to finish the series in their own ballpark, they will host the next two games.

When Bryce Harper arrived at the stadium wearing an unusual outfit, it created quite a stir on social media.

His attire appears to be a direct response to the Braves’ Orlando Arcia, a shortstop, making fun of the Philadelphia star after the latter’s base running error that resulted in a double play that won the game in Game 2.

Arcia was heard laughing aloud in the locker room and yelling “ha-ha, atta-boy, Harper” several times as reporters entered for post-game interviews, according to Fox Sports’ Jake Mintz.

Harper seems to have gotten the message quite clearly.

It doesn’t seem like a good idea to make fun of one of the best players in the game and someone who has destroyed Atlanta in the postseason before a crucial Game 3 matchup in the most hostile stadium in baseball.

It doesn’t seem like Arcia should be making fun of himself either, given that he is 1-7 with two strikeouts in this series so far.

In contrast, Harper is 3-6 with one home run and three runs scored in this game.

In Game 2, Atlanta pulled off a strong comeback victory that erased their deficit and maintained their hopes.

However, making fun of the opposition following a single triumph could come back to bite them.
