ESPN REPORT: Packers Player  Raise More than $52,000 for…

A total of $42,095 was contributed to the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign this holiday season, thanks to the efforts and encouragement of Packers players and supporters.

The sum is the result of donations made by supporters during Monday night autograph signings with the Packers players at the Lambeau Field Atrium during the holiday season. Participating in the signing sessions were Packers players Jordan Love, Romeo Doubs, Kingsley Enagbare, Kenny Clark, Elgton Jenkins, Jonathan Owens, and Isaiah McDuffie.

Furthermore, Love has given the Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay $10,000 to support their initiatives with the money he got from the NFL Foundation. This donation brought the total amount given to the Salvation Army to $52,095 in recognition of Love being selected Madden Player of the Game on Thanksgiving.

The Salvation Army’s work supporting low-income families, the elderly, and the homeless in Green Bay will receive all revenues. The Christmas Campaign for 2023 ends on December 31. Donors can write a check to 626 Union Court, Green Bay, WI 54303, postmarked before the end of the year, or visit the virtual red kettle at sagreenbay.org.
