Durant’s availability for this match was uncertain. Due to an ankle injury, the Suns’ All-Star has missed the team’s last two games. According to Suns coach Frank Vogel, Durant was just testing out his ankle when he was on the court prior to the Suns’ game against the Golden State Warriors last night.
Vogel stated that although Durant isn’t where he should be, he will test his ankle before the Nets game, which is part of a two-game back-to-back. Durant, who wasn’t playing right away, will be ready to go tonight.
