More football players than anyone else have worked for Sean Payton than Joe Lombardi.
The offensive coordinator for the Broncos is in his thirteenth season as an assistant to Payton in one form or another.
He has most likely heard all of the stories. He has witnessed magic in action. He has played for a Super Bowl team, had several much thinner seasons, experienced Payton’s NFL suspension, and much more.
Surely he’s been screamed at. A great deal.
