Cleveland Browns RB Nick Chubb left the game against the Steelers after suffering a knee injury.
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (KDKA) — Nick Chubb, the star running back for the Cleveland Browns, sustained a knee injury on Monday and will miss the rest of the season.
Minkah Fitzpatrick tackled Chubb in the second quarter, and Chubb stayed down for a short while after the hit before being carted off the field. According to the Browns, Chubb has a knee injury. He didn’t show up for the game on Monday.
The broadcast team decided not to replay the injury because of how serious it was. When a video of the injury was shown at the stadium, the audience gasped.
Chubb left with the horrifying injury after ten rushes for sixty-four yards.
26–22 was the Browns’ loss.
Following the game, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski announced that Chubb is out for the season.
