ESPN REPORT: Ohio State football transfer Star Player commits to…

Columbus, Ohio — One Ohio State football transfer target chose to just go to another Big Ten Conference school.

Kamari Ramsey, a former safety for UCLA, committed to USC on Thursday. The All-Pac 12 honorable mention selection was recently in Washington.
