week, it should come as no surprise that some significant news on Friday. Several starters were among the eight players who were ruled out; Will Levis unexpectedly returned to practice; and safety Amani Hooker was placed on injured reserve.

As they get ready to play the Seattle Seahawks in Week 16, the Tennessee Titans have seen double-digit player absences from their first two practices. On Friday, the Titans announced that multiple players would be out for an extended period of time due to injuries.

Tennessee Titans Friday Injury Report for Week 16

Five starters and eight other players have been ruled out by the Titans. Amani Hooker, a safety, was one of those starters. Although Hooker had a successful season for the team, it is now over. Since K’Von Wallace was also ruled out, the Titans will be without both of their starting safeties. For the majority of the snaps, look for Terrell Edmunds and Elijah Molden.

The situation at cornerback might be even worse now that Sean Murphy-Bunting is out. With Tre Avery and rookie Eric Garror supporting him, Roger McCreary is the only starter at cornerback since starting cornerback Kristian Fulton is already on injured reserve. Caleb Farley also worked out at corner, but Mike Vrabel declared he wouldn’t play this year.
