Mike Matthews, a five-star wide receiver, has formally signed his letter of intent to join Tennessee’s roster. The signing was just moments ago announced on the University’s social media accounts. The star player from Parkview High School (Ga.) joined the Rocky Top team for bowl practices over the weekend, marking the official beginning of his career.
