The players that made a difference in the Houston Texans’ victory over the Tennessee Titans
According to Pro Football Focus, we’re examining the top three players on the offensive and defense.

2023 NFL Offensive Player Rankings, Week 6: Weighing what's next for three slumping offenses

We’re not sure why, but Devin Singletary is the player the Houston Texans have tried the hardest to minimize this season. Even though some fans still believe that Dameon Pierce should get more playing time, he has unquestionably been the team’s best running back throughout the entire season. He doesn’t because Singeltary has consistently shown that he deserves to be the Texans’ only back in addition to their starting back. He can be the quintessential bell-cow-back, as he demonstrated on Sunday by gaining 121 yards on 26 carries.

For Noah Brown, the past few weeks have not been easy. He has not been very active over the past month. After missing Weeks 11 and 12, he looked off and was used sparingly when he did play. But with Nico Collins and Tank Dell sidelined, Brown appeared to be relied upon more than anyone else, playing more offensive snaps than any other player who wasn’t a lineman or quarterback. He caught eight passes for eighty-two yards and the only touchdown for the team.

Dalton Schultz had a strong offensive stat line with four receptions for 58 yards, but it was his work in the trenches that really stood out to us. Although it doesn’t sound good, he had a PFF grade of 68.5 for the Texans as a run-blocker—this is for a tight end. Taking 65 snaps for the Texans, he demonstrated his versatility as a blocker on the ground and a receiver in the air. He was one of the team’s most dependable players all day.
