Stanley Kroenke named Sean McVay the 23rd full-time head coach in franchise history. McVay became the youngest coach in modern NFL history at 30 years old. McVay has led the Rams to four playoff berths and two Super Bowl appearances in his first six seasons, winning Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium.
