Philadelphia declared that they have released four players and signed five.
The Eagles made the decision to cut CB Greedy Williams, a former NFL starter, DT Noah Elliss, P Ty Zentner, CB Zech McPhearson, and WR Tyrie Cleveland.
In Thursday’s Eagles-Cleveland Browns preseason game, Cleveland was involved in a terrifying collision that left him needing to be taken off the field on a stretcher due to injuries to his head and neck.
He will still be looked after by the Eagles and receive compensation, per ESPN.
