Big Addison Nichols, a University of Tennessee football player, still places a high value on scouting.

It may be one of the few things that can take precedence over football because it is so important.

The 6-foot-5, 327-pound redshirt freshman offensive lineman Nichols rarely skips practice, but earlier this summer, with head coach Josh Heupel’s approval, he skipped one to attend the West Tennessee Area Council’s 2023 Celebration of Scouting banquet.

Nichols remarks, “He was very, very awesome for letting me go do that.” “Thank you so much for that,”
