Coach’s Picks: NFL Week 11 Best Bets Against The Spread.

This week, the Philadelphia Eagles and Jalen Hurts will travel to Kansas City to play the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes. Not to be overlooked are A.J. Brown, Travis Kelce, or that Eagles defense.

I am aware that this defense is the best Mahomes has ever played with, according to everyone. However, there are still a few reasons why I’m not sold on them.

One game contains both of my wagers for this article. Let’s begin with the initial one.

For a few reasons, I adore the OVER 23 (I scored 22.5) in the first half.

First off, in terms of total EPA during the first 15 scripted plays of the game, both the Chiefs and the Eagles rank in the top 10. Teams with strong scripted performance

I adore it when they finish in eight plays or less and, should they so choose, still have some scripted plays for the following drive.

More than any other play they will run that week, teams focus more on those and work on them against different looks. Unlike other plays they decide on at the last minute, coaches who plan them are not under pressure during the game. The players are at ease and aware of what to expect.

Not many people are aware of this, but some defensive coordinators prefer to run their planned defense against unscripted plays, which is why they don’t show the defense they intend to run the remainder of the game during those scripted plays.
