Although the Tennessee Vols’ 2023 season didn’t quite go as planned—UT didn’t win the SEC East as they had hoped—it was nevertheless one of the program’s best seasons in the previous 20 years.

 

For the fourth time since the program parted ways with Phillip Fulmer at the end of the 2008 season, Tennessee won nine games this past season.
