Sean McVay, the head coach of the Rams, began the week by stating that he needed some time to think things through before determining whether to continue with the Rams or pursue his dream of becoming a TV analyst.

The Rams announced on Friday that McVay has concluded his introspection and made the decision to remain with the team for a seventh season. During a meeting earlier in the day, McVay told his coaching staff of his decision.

During an open news conference on Monday, following the conclusion of his first losing season as head coach, McVay disclosed to reporters his desire to work as a TV analyst in the future but expressed uncertainty about the timing of his decision. Additionally, McVay, 36, stated unequivocally that he was not done coaching.
