Of all the players on the team, four were asked to try out for the team, and 47 have official contracts with the NHL, 15 with the AHL. Due to injuries, players like Paul Byron, Logan Mailloux, and Carey Price won’t be able to fully participate in the camp.

At the Bell Centre, Montreal will host a unique scrimmage in which the team will divide into two groups, the red and white, and play against each other. On September 26, they will take on the NJ Devils in their first practice game.
