Joe Flacco: “I’m Up for Playing for the Browns Again”

Joe Flacco, the quarterback for the Browns, appeared on the Pardon My Take podcast, where he discussed his experience with Cleveland this season and whether he would think about rejoining the team the following season.

Fans are already thinking ahead to 2024, barely a week after the Browns’ hard-fought, Wild Card loss to Houston last weekend.

Due to injuries, Cleveland faced extreme adversity but still managed to make it to the NFL Playoffs. Joe Flacco, who is now 39, played a key role in the team’s 11-6 record and postseason berth thanks to his performance in the final days of December.

Before he became the Orange and Brown himself over the past few months, Flacco was an enemy of this town and used to rule Cleveland during his tenure with Baltimore. Fans now want him to remain longer.

For Cleveland in his six games, Flacco was outstanding. He finished with 1,923 yards, 14 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions, giving him a gaudy 4-2 record. He also completed passes for more than 300 yards in five of his six games.
