The projection of the Texas Longhorns’ way-too-early offensive depth chart.

To say that the 2023 Texas Longhorns season was an enormous success would be an understatement.

After going 12-2 and winning the Big 12, they at last found their footing as a program and made their first appearance in the College Football Playoffs. Though they are losing a lot of talented players to the NFL Draft after such a successful season, they will also be gaining talent from the transfer portal and recruiting trail. Something that puts them in a position to stay among the best teams.

In light of this, LonghornsCountry.com is attempting to predict how Texas’s depth chart will look in advance of spring ball and the 2024 campaign:

Although there was never a position battle last year between Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning, college football fans desperately wanted there to be drama. Manning will continue to hold a clipboard on the sidelines as Ewers, one of the best quarterbacks in college football, enters his second season at Texas.
