After this season, Caitlin Clark isn’t sure if she’ll join the WNBA.
Caitlin Clark, a standout guard for Iowa, is starting her fourth season there, and it might not be her last.
After this season, the All-American and current National Player of the Year isn’t sure if she will enter the WNBA Draft.
Clark has the option to play a fifth season for the Hawkeyes by utilizing her COVID season of eligibility, which was awarded to athletes during the pandemic.
Clark remarked, “I’m going to know when I need to know,” on Wednesday during Iowa’s media day. “I believe it’s a lot like the decision I made for college. It feels like I’m applying for jobs all over again.
“I honestly don’t think about it or let it bother me on a daily basis. My main goal is to assist this team in reaching their full potential. The most important thing is that I will just follow my instinct. I won’t spend a lot of time researching which is superior. I’m going to follow my instinct and believe that.”
