The Three Most Exciting Home Games for FSU Football in 2024.

The Florida State Seminoles are geared up and preparing for the 2024 season after going 13-1 last year and winning the ACC. Head coach Mike Norvell has reloaded through recruiting and the transfer portal with the No. 3 transfer class and No. 7 recruiting class that includes multiple top-tier players from across the country.

Florida State’s football schedule was released on Wednesday, including big games at home and on the road.

One of the greatest rivalries in college football history has to be on this list. Last season, the Seminoles went to Gainesville, Florida, and defeated the Gators 24–15 in a game that pitted a backup quarterback against another backup quarterback. The ‘Noles’ annual home game against their rival is expected to be a “records out the window” slugfest.

With FSU adding transfer DJ Uiagalelei from Oregon State and Florida returning a presumably healthy Graham Mertz, alongside all the offseason drama, Seminole fans will be champing at the bit to see these two teams face off.

Clemson Tigers

The Clemson Tigers and Florida State have been at each other’s throats since FSU joined the ACC in the 90’s. Another dynamic that gives this game a bigger edge is that Uiagalelei played for Clemson for two seasons before transferring to Oregon State and then to FSU. Last year, FSU went to Death Valley and beat the Tigers in overtime, breaking a seven-game losing streak, 31-24.
