Liverpool’s next Premier League matchup against Burnley takes place on Saturday afternoon at Anfield, with the team looking to make amends for past wrongs in North London.

The Reds lost their thrilling matchup with Arsenal at the Emirates last weekend, falling down 3-1 with to goals from Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Martinelli, and Bukayo Saka.

Even while Jurgen Klopp’s team continues to dominate the rest of the competition, they are only two points ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal, who also have a game remaining.

Joel Matip, on the other hand, is still a long way from fully recovered from the ACL injury he suffered against Fulham in December. Should his contract not be extended, this may have been Matip’s last game for Liverpool.
