The Things That Make the 49ers Proud.

Not that the 49ers gave up. They returned and proved they were the best team in the NFC by doing what truly great teams do: they looked within.

The 49ers’ feelings about this season will be decided by the result of the Super Bowl, which they may or may not win.

But thus far, the 49ers have many reasons to be extremely proud of this season.

Initially, the 49ers were on a three-game losing run. It happened, though no one really remembers why, and no one is quite sure why. Perhaps because Trent Williams wasn’t playing. Still, many teams, including the Eagles, would have folded if they had been in the 49ers’ shoes.

Not that the 49ers gave up. They returned and proved they were the best team in the NFC by doing what truly great teams do: they looked within. That’s something to be proud of.

The 49ers should also take pride in the fact that, despite playing below par in the previous two playoff games, they overcame deficits to win both of them, a feat that many had doubted they were capable of.

Brock Purdy is another 49ers member to be proud of. He is the quarterback for their team. They knew he would be their starting quarterback coming into the season, but they were in the dark about anything else. They can now be confident that they have found their player and have kept him healthy throughout the season, something the 49ers have struggled to do.
