Chiefs’ Last Loss Was Against the Raiders

The Kansas City Chiefs’ most recent defeat came at the hands of the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 15.

With the Kansas City Chiefs defeating the San Francisco 49ers 25–22 in Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium, the 2023–24 NFL regular season is officially over.

The 2024 NFL Draft is the first of many decisions facing the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason.

Physicality and discipline were two of the optimisms that were covered in the episode. On Christmas Day, the Raiders defeated the Chiefs 20-14, covering both of the themes that were mentioned.

Carpenter opened the show by recapping Super Bowl LVIII and mentioning that the Chiefs’ most recent defeat came at Arrowhead Stadium versus the Silver and Black.

“On Christmas Day, the Raiders defeated the Super Bowl Champions when they arrived in Kansas City. On Christmas Day, they lost their final game at home against the Raiders. That indicates to you that this is not a rebuilding club.”

Malcolm Koonce, an edge rusher, and cornerback Jack Jones spearheaded the Silver and Black defense.

In the game, Jones recorded four tackles and one interception, which resulted in an eighteen-yard pick-six.

In terms of statistics, Koonce had one of his best defensive games to date at the end of the match. With three sacks and six total tackles on three-time Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, Koonce concluded the game.

Running back Zamir White led the Raiders offensively. Similar to Koonce, White concluded the match with the best career statistics. White gained 145 rushing yards on 22 carries by the end of the game.
