February 13-On Monday night, the host New York Rangers held off the Calgary Flames 2-0 thanks to a shutout performance of 30 saves by Igor Shesterkin, who outperformed Jacob Markstrom.

To move to 2-1-1 since the All-Star break, the Devils also received goals from Dawson Mercer and Jack Hughes. Nico Daws kept Seattle scoreless for the first fifty minutes of the game with 27 saves.
The Kraken fell for the third time in a row overall and for the sixth time on the road. Will Borgen scored, while Joey Daccord stopped 34 of 37 shots. Late in the first period, Timo Meier’s check resulted in a lower-body injury for Kraken defenseman Brian Dumoulin, who did not return.
Flyers: 5, Coyotes: 3
Philadelphia trounced Arizona, who was having a bad game. Morgan Frost scored on a penalty shot, while Travis Konecny had a goal and two assists.
Notwithstanding their 0-for-8 performance on the power play, the Flyers won four games in a row. Samuel Ersson, the goalie for Philadelphia, made 20 saves.
Alexander Kerfoot, Matt Dumba, and Matias Maccelli all scored goals for the Coyotes, who dropped their sixth straight game (0-5-1). Karel Vejmelka, the Coyotes’ goalie, turned away 29 shots.
