Report: The Charlotte Hornets key player is been suspended from all sports for placing a bets against….
The thirteenth spot Fans have been making fun of the Charlotte Hornets for a number of recent decisions. Tre Mann, Davis Bertans, and Vasilije Micic were acquired by them before the trade deadline. These were all acquired as part of the deal that moved veteran wingman Gordon Hayward westward and were all members of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
To bolster their roster, they are apparently in the process of signing Serbian forward Aleksej Pokusevski, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. After three and a half seasons, Pokusevski was just waived by the Thunder.

The Charlotte Hornets’ chances of making a playoff push, much less fighting for a position in the Play-in Tournament in April, are unlikely to be enhanced by these recent transactions. Consider them as strategic decisions that might make them more competitive in the upcoming seasons.
But thus far, all of these deals have made the team the subject of online trolling. They’ve been ridiculed by calling them ‘Charlotte Thunder’ and other such offshoots of this name after they acquired a number of former Thunder players. Some have been more critical, claiming that the Hornets have only added OKC scrubs.

The OKC Thunder’s NBA career of Aleksej Pokusevski
After being selected by the OKC Thunder with the 17th overall pick, Aleksej Pokusevski joined the league in 2020. He played an average of more than 20 minutes a game in his first three seasons with the Thunder.
He appeared to be a young player with a lot of promise who might ultimately turn into an important component for a team that is fighting for a title. But this season, he has only made ten appearances, averaging a meager six minutes of playing time.
The Thunder, who were eliminated from the play-in round in the previous season and finished in ninth place, have improved to the point that they are now tied for first place in the Western Conference with the Minnesota Timberwolves at 40-17.
Pokusevski’s decline may have been caused in part by OKC’s decision to give up on waiting for him to reach his potential. especially now that Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams appear to be candidates and make a deadly big-man tandem.
His battle to maintain his health could be another factor. Already, he has missed a good deal of games in his first three seasons in the league. In 2021–2022 he played a career-high 61 games. He appeared in just 45 games during his debut campaign and 34 during the previous one.
Pokusevski averaged 7.5 points and 4.7 rebounds in his first four seasons in the league. In the future, Pokusevski could play a crucial role for the Charlotte Hornets if they can capitalize on the glimpses of brilliance that supporters witnessed in his first four seasons.
