sad news:Milwaukee Bucks head coach Doc Rivers filed for divorce from his wife due to…..

This past off-season, the Milwaukee Bucks and Mike Budenholzer parted ways after six years together, beginning an eventful coaching carousel.

Even though he isn’t playing, Budenholzer continues to support the Bucks by lodging one of the team’s recent arrivals. In the most recent installment of the “Pat Bev Pod,” which is hosted by new Bucks guard Patrick Beverley, the seasoned player disclosed that Budenholzer is allowing him to temporarily rent out his residence.

“With his permission, I’m renting it out, so special thanks to coach Budenholzer. I’m not sure whether you follow the pod, but your spot is amazing. It’s incredible.”

Mike Budenholzer is helping this Milwaukee Bucks guard even though he isn’t a coach.
Though Budenholzer never worked as Beverley’s coach, either in Milwaukee or elsewhere, it’s good to know that he still wants to support him. Naturally, Beverley has only been in Milwaukee for a few weeks after joining the Philadelphia  76ers in a trade at the 2024 NBA Trade Deadline. As with his new residence, Beverley is beginning to feel at home with the Bucks.

Beverley has been a great addition to this team even though his stats in his seven games with the Bucks aren’t the most impressive—he averages 4.1 points, 2.7 assists, and two rebounds per game. This club needed more vocal leadership and aggressive defense at the deadline, and the guard has delivered both.

Beverley discussed how the club stepped up the ante in practice right away and came back from the All-Star break with some vigor on that same podcast episode. They have defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers, and Charlotte Hornets in their perfect 3-0 record since coming back.

Even though there’s still work to be done, Patrick Beverley’s presence has surely contributed to the Bucks’ recent improvement in appearance. Again, many thanks to Budenholzer for his assistance to the guard. Budenholzer isn’t coaching at the moment, but he will undoubtedly be on the sidelines once more come season.
