Robert F. Kennedy Jr. declared on Thursday that he had won a seat on the ballot in Michigan, one of the swing states that is likely to decide the election, on the same day that more than a dozen members of his family endorsed President Biden. Mr. Kennedy and his running companion, Nicole Shanahan, were selected for president and vice president by the Michigan-based Natural Law Party. It was confirmed by a representative for the Michigan secretary of state’s office that this implied Mr. Kennedy will be on the November ballot.
