Midway through the 2023 season, Antonio Pierce assumed the role as interim head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders, and that impacted the atmosphere around the team. The players appeared to be enjoying themselves as they began to play football more freely. As the season progressed, the offense began to play with a bit more confidence, but the defense remained quick, strong, and competitive.
