Manager Edwards of Luton Town finds it beneficial to introduce youngsters

Rob Edwards, the manager of Luton Town, acknowledges that this season’s bright spot has been getting younger players playing time.

There’s a chance the recently promoted team may return straight to the Championship.

The injury catastrophe that has cost Edwards’ club numerous key players for weeks or months at a time has been lamented by the player.

Young players like Joe Johnson, Zack Nelson, Axel Piesold, Taylan Harris, and Christian Chigozie were on the bench for Luton during their previous game against Manchester City due to a 12-man injury.

When asked about the circumstances, Edwards responded, “We’ll keep saying the same thing, although I’ve used the term inspiration a few times already.

With Zack making his Premier League debut, JJ playing a huge role, and Axel joining the team, everything that’s happening right now should inspire everyone in the academy and demonstrate that everything is possible, especially right now. It should encourage everyone to work hard and offer us hope that they may do great things by being good at what they do, working hard, being a decent person, and achieving all of our other goals.
