Ryan Clark had quite a hot take about Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens on Wednesday.

The ESPN analyst was on NFL Live and said that Pickens has more talent than Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings.

“George Pickens is much more talented than Justin Jefferson,” Clark said, implying that Pickens’ gifts were not fully nurtured while he was at Georgia because the Bulldogs were so good as a team.

This seems a bit much from Clark considering that Pickens has only played one season in the league compared to three for Jefferson. Also, Jefferson has recorded at least 1,400 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in all three seasons.

Pickens finished his rookie season (2022) with 52 receptions for 801 yards and four touchdowns.

He definitely has a lot of talent, but let’s see if he can put up the kind of numbers that Jefferson has this season and for a few more after.
