ATHENS – Unlike his friend Carson Beck, who made some definitive statements earlier this week, Brock Bowers did not do so on Tuesday. The Georgia tight end made it clear that he had no intention of pursuing his NFL dreams and neither acknowledged nor denied that he planned to play for the Bulldogs in the Orange Bowl.
However, after spending an hour conversing with the Burney-Harris-Lyons Middle School football players and cheerleaders on Tuesday, he gave them a pretty decent idea about his plans.
