For recruitment purposes, the early signing period has effectively evolved into signing day. While there may be a few more additions on signing day in early 2024, many candidates should lock in their commitment by the time the early signing period opens on December 20.
Alabama football recruitment has been productive once more for the 2024 class. The Crimson Tide hopes to repeat as the top recruiting class in the rankings after scoring first in the 247Sports Composite rankings for the 2023 class a season earlier. For the last five seasons, Nick Saban has finished either first or second in the recruiting class.
The two biggest events on the schedule later in December are the Rose Bowl and the College Football Playoff, but Saban and the staff have been hard at work getting ready for the Crimson Tide’s matchup with Michigan in addition to once again securing top talent for the team’s future.
This is a list of the players who have committed to Alabama during the early signing period, which runs through Friday.
