ESPN REPORT: Arkansas Razorbacks Coach Sam Pittman declares for NFL As…

After playing for the Arkansas Razorbacks for two seasons in Fayetteville, Dwight “Nudie” McGlothern, a senior defensive back, declared he will declare for the 2024 NFL Draft.

McGlothern recorded 20 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 6 passes defended, and 3 interceptions in 2023.

For his efforts in 2023, McGlothern formally accepted an invitation to participate in the 99th East-West Shrine Bowl, which will be held on February 1 at the Force Center in Frisco, Texas.

This season, the Texas native appeared in just nine games, starting six of them. His second season in Fayetteville was marred by injuries, despite his preseason nomination to the second team of the SEC.

McGlothern, a former LSU Tiger, had the third-highest Pro Football Focus grade of any cornerback in the nation at the end of the season (90.8), making him the best in the SEC.
