The Ohio State Buckeyes have made public their official 2024–25 schedule.
The Buckeyes’ schedule for the upcoming season includes 13 games, including the season-opening match at Ohio Stadium.
The schedule is as follows:
Southern Mississippi on August 31
Western Michigan, Sept. 7
Sep. 14: Goodbye
21 September: Marshall
At Michigan State on September 28.
October 5, Iowa
October 12th, in Oregon
October 19, BYE
26 October: Nebraska
On November 2 at Penn State
November 9: Purdue
on November 16 at Northwestern
23 November: Indiana
30 November: Michigan
Eight of the games on the schedule are against Big Ten Conference teams, including the Oregon Ducks. The Ducks have not played the Buckeyes in Eugene, Oregon, since a 30-0 defeat on October 7, 1967.
However, Ohio State will have the first of two bye weeks prior to the end of that homestand. The other break occurs in the week of October 19, later in the season.
As is customary, the Buckeyes play their bitterest rival, the Michigan Wolverines, to wrap up the regular season. On November 30, Ohio State will host the yearly matchup in Columbus.
Additionally, the Buckeyes will take on the Penn State Nittany Lions in their annual final game. This will be the final meeting between the two universities before the annual series concludes and the Big Ten Conference moves on from divisions.
The Buckeyes will have one of their most comfortable seasons to date with just four away games in the upcoming season.
