Three Raiders players who will not return to the team following training camp.

There aren’t many ways to minimize the Las Vegas Raiders’ current situation. The team parted ways with Derek Carr, which resulted in Jimmy Garoppolo rejoining head coach Josh McDaniels this offseason. This change at quarterback is generally seen as a step backward for the offense.

Although there are a lot of questions about the offensive line, they are nothing compared to the questions about the defense. The Raiders are likely to field one of the three worst defenses in the NFL for the 2023 season, based on the depth chart and, with all due respect to Maxx Crosby, a true star.

All of this suggests that the Raiders are going through a significant organizational transition. And with that, there may still be some really striking changes this year. Considering that, there’s a very good chance that after training camp ends, these three players won’t be on the roster.
