ESPN REPORT: SAD NEWS, His Gone Georgia Bulldogs Have Agree To Trade Qb Carson Beck Today Over …
Carson Beck, the quarterback for Georgia, said on Monday that he will be returning for his senior season in 2024. Beck led the No. 6 Bulldogs to a 12-1 record in his first season as a starter.
After taking over for quarterback Stetson Bennett, who helped the Bulldogs win back-to-back CFP National Championships in 2021 and 2022, Beck was one of the most effective passers in the FBS this past season. Beck gained 3,738 yards and 22 touchdowns on 72.4% of his passes, with six interceptions.
A message from Beck was uploaded to Georgia football’s X account. “My friends and family have helped put me in a situation to have options for my future,” Beck stated. “The NFL, though, can wait another year. I’m coming back to finish my final year at UGA. To end this season in style, Miami needs everyone’s support!”
