“Reliable” Romeo Doubs, a wide receiver for the Packers, is excited for Sunday.

Romeo Doubs, a second-year wide receiver who led the Packers in receptions, worked out for the second straight day as they prepared to play the Cowboys in a postseason game.

GREEN BAY, Wisconsin: Romeo Doubs would have preferred to have played again against Chicago last week. Doubs would start for the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in their playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys.

“Sure, I would,” he remarked following practice on Thursday. “I have a few days left to retrieve the body. I am eagerly awaiting Sunday.

Doubs suffered a chest injury when taking a hard fall in the end zone during the first quarter vs. the Bears. At first, he assumed the blood he was vomiting was from a cut lip. He eventually used the locker room and made a quick stop at a nearby hospital.

The practice attendance on Wednesday and Thursday was doubtful. He conducted individual drills on Thursday in front of reporters.

Doubs stated, “Feeling normal,” without providing any further details regarding the injury. Beyond that, I’ll let Coach handle it.

With 59 receptions for 674 yards, Doubs tied rookie Jayden Reed for second place on the team. He also shared the team lead with eight touchdown receptions.
