Cincinnati — Joe Flacco, the quarterback for the Browns, will not play in Sunday’s meaningless game against the Bengals. The Bengals are out of the playoffs, and the Browns are assured of the No. 5 overall seed.

Instead of Flacco starting, Jeff Driskel will get the start, and in the Bengals’ next game, Jake Browning will take Joe Burrow’s spot since he is out for the season.
