NBA Top 100 Rankings by CBS Sports Feature Mavs Players

The Dallas Mavericks’ Kyrie Irving, Grant Williams, and Luka Doncic are all ranked among the top 100 NBA players by CBS Sports.

Star players Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks, who rank 35th and fourth on CBS’s NBA Top 100 player list, were an obvious choice. Given that both players were selected as All-Stars the previous season, it would have been disgusting to leave either one off the roster.

However, it should come as no surprise that more Mavs players than just the two guards were added to the esteemed list. After being acquired from the Boston Celtics this summer in a sign-and-trade, 6-6 forward Grant Williams entered the rankings at No. 100 for the second consecutive season (his first as a Mavs player).

Doncic rose in the rankings from the previous year after being named to the All-NBA First Team for the fourth time in a row. The 6-7 point guard finished ahead of players like Kevin Durant and Joel Embiid, the current MVP of the league.
