Three defensive starters for the Ohio State Buckeyes are out of the game against the Michigan State Spartans.
The injury report for Saturday’s game against the Michigan State Spartans has been made public by the Ohio State Buckeyes.
When the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes play the Michigan State Spartans in Columbus on Saturday, three of their best defensive players won’t be available.
Security The addition of Josh Proctor and Lathan Ransom to linebacker Tommy Eichenberg’s inactive list means that the Buckeyes will be without three playmakers when they take on the Spartans.
Not just the three Ohio State defensive secondary players are out of commission against Michigan State. The complete availability report for Saturday is as follows:
SUBJECTIVE:
3. The Cam Martinez
EXIT:
Tommy Eichenberg, 35
Kyion Grayes, 7
Zak Herbstreit (season), number 89
Jason Moore, 94
— Josh Proctor, 41
8 – Ransom, Lathan
Joe Royer, 84
Will Smith Jr., 53.
87 – Season of Reis Stocksdale
2. – Season 2 of Kourt Williams
3- Season of Miyan Williams
Linebacker CJ Hicks, quarterback Devin Brown, and Ohio State receiver Emeka Egbuka are a few of the well-known players who are not on the inactives list. The three Buckeyes mentioned above have had a history of on-and off-field injuries, but the fact that they are not included in the report suggests they will be primed to go when Michigan State plays.
Cody Simon, a linebacker, is most likely to replace the injured Eichenberg. Against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights last weekend, Simon split reps covering the middle with Steele Chambers, another middle linebacker for Ohio State.
Ohio Stadium will host Ohio State vs. Michigan State at 7:30 p.m. NBC will broadcast the game nationwide with Noah Eagle, Todd Blackledge, and
KT Tappen taking the call.
